IN PARTNERSHIP WITHHere’s how to get started:
- Click below to download and install the Optiwatt managed charging app at no cost.
- Open the app and enter your address, utility, and smart device information.
- Select the SCE Bolt Study and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Enroll at least one qualifying technology. There is no device limit. Participants registering EVs must have access to home charging.
- The app may learn your usage behaviors for a few weeks, so use your devices as usual, after which the app will optimize your EV charging and thermostat based on the parameters you select.
- Participants will be notified of events the day before, except in cases of CAISO emergencies.
- No Commitment: You can opt out or leave the program at any time without penalty.
